St. Sophia

Saint Sophia is the mother of three virgin daughters named: Faith, Hope, and Charity. Legend has it that she died at her daughters’ tomb, three days after her death. Some writers believe Sophia and her daughters to be the personification of an allegory due to their names. Saint Sophia’s feast day is August 1st.
