St. Jason

Saint Jason housed Saint Paul the Apostle during one his missionary journeys in Thessalonica. Legend holds that he was bishop of Tarsus and played a crucial role in the conversion of Corfu. St. Jason was imprisoned and martyred for his faith. Saint Jason's feast day is July 12th.
