God's word provides a solid message of strength, solace, mercy, and forgiveness. Enjoy the following 10 Scripture verses for encouragement in the coming year!
1. Philippians 3:13
Brothers, . . . I can only say that forgetting all that lies behind me, and straining forward to what lies in front of me and I am racing towards the finishing-point to win the prize of God's heavenly call in Christ Jesus. Meanwhile, let us go forward from the point we have each attained.

You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
